How many of you have a stash of berries hiding out in your freezer from summer picking? This super simple recipe is a delicious way to enjoy your berries in a new way! You likely already have everything you need in your pantry!
Ingredients:
2c. frozen berries of choice
1/4c. unsweetened, canned coconut milk
4tsp. lemon juice
2T. powdered sugar
1/8c. water
Pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Add more lemon juice or water as needed if too thick. Scoop out and enjoy immediately or store in the freezer for up to 1 week.
