The team at Northwest Life Medicine have some of the most intimate, important and challenging jobs out there – taking care of people in their time of pain, discomfort and need. I know I’m not alone if wanting to feel a sense of connection, trust and empathy from healthcare providers and current, updated photography certainly helps me to understand what I can expect, who will be there and what they stand for. It was my complete delight to work with this group for the second time to help showcase updates to their team with fresh headshots, new photos of the remodel they’ve been working hard on in their space and to highlight additions to the services they’re offering!
The Problem
Whenever I’m working with individuals in a field in which privacy, trust and discretion are highly important, I want to be sure to strike the right balance between professionalism and approachability in our photos. It’s important that each individual personality shines through allowing potential patients to get a feel for who they will be discussing important life habits and problems with. It’s also important that those patients understand that they are in the good care of educated, smart and professional people who have their best interest at heart. Through the use of color theory, thoughtful location styling and authentic posing, we can create a collection of images from headshots to lifestyle photography that will build a trusted brand and business.
The Project
This project included photography of 7 different team members. We needed a final collection of headshots of each person, lifestyle shots of people working with patients and detail shots of the office space. We began the session off-site at a local park that fit with their branding colors and overall values of natural living and simplicity. From there, we returned to the office where our models were ready to pose as clients for photos of team members in action. We wrapped with photos of the space that told the story of what people can expect when they arrive to their office.
The Outcome
Our 3 hour session provided the team with nearly 300 images they could use over the course of the next year to market their services, educate the community about their team and share their exciting new office remodel. These photos are perfect to use on their website, social media channels, print ads, paid campaigns and so much more!
