Jennifer and Hung are some of the most lively and fun-loving clients I have ever had. Their passion for life, for one another and for having a good time was so evident in all of the time I spent with them and it was a total honor to be a part of their wedding day at The Hotel Bellwether. These two met during careers working on boats and absolutely delight in spending time on the water. They moored their yacht at the hotel during their wedding stay and I loved incorporating it into their images. Parked just behind them during the ceremony and could be overlooked by the bride in her corner room from the balcony while getting ready – The Jamal played a big role throughout the day. The bride grew up learning to drive this yacht from her father, who had recently passed just before the wedding, so there were special details dedicated to celebrating him throughout the wedding including his Captain’s hat, her heart shaped necklace keepsake carrying some of his ashes and photos of him. We were sure to incorporate as many meaningful items as we could throughout the day!
Despite a few raindrops and a bit of wind, it turned out to be an absolutely lovely day on the water and after a gorgeous ceremony on the patio and cocktail hour in the Admiral Room, we were off to the ballroom to dance the night away.
