Charles and I have been traveling to Leavenworth together for nearly ten consectuvie years at least once or more every year. We’ve been there to photograph weddings and the beautiful Pine River Ranch B&B, we’ve stopped in on day trips for a beer at the München Haus and a quick game of mini golf, but our favorite thing to do is to go and stay for a long weekend. There are SO many things to do around this area and it really is absolutely beautiful. Plus, only a quick 2.5 hour drive from home! Just far enough to feel out of town and close enough to make it happen!
This year we had the BEST accommodations we’ve ever had in Leavenworth. EVER. This newly built AirBNB was BEAUTIFUL, centrally located and had everything we needed to stay in and cook, relax and enjoy the area! It had a beautiful view of the mountains, a hot tub and a full equipped kitchen. It was clean, cozy and boasted tons of German steins and decor. We LOVED it here. Plus, we got to hike around a new trail: Icicle Ridge Creek, saw some live music at the Pybus Market in Wenatchee, mini golfed, walked to Blackbird Island, drank steins of beer and watched them start hanging their Christmas lights!!! We were ushered out by an amazing sunset, too. Perfect weekend <3
