Charles and I took a trip to this Airbnb in September and absolutely fell in love. We booked another stay at the same place for Valentine’s Day weekend and BOY did we hit the jackpot. We just made it over the mountains before the winter storm hit Western Washington and got to enjoy the fluffy, dry snow in Leavenworth from the comfort of this amazing and romantic swinging outdoor HEATED BED! We were both dealing with some pandemic fatigue (and that’s putting it mildly) and this getaway couldn’t have come at a better time. We turned off our devices and just enjoyed being away and together <3
Leavenworth is a place we’ve traveled to nearly every year in our relationship and we are STILL finding new and exciting things to do there. We’d actually never been there in the winter before and it was SO incredibly beautiful. We snowshoed, saw reindeer at the Leavenworth Reindeer Farm, sat in the hot tub (one of the best ways to enjoy snow in my opinion), ate charcuterie from CheesebellyCo and just relaxed. Charles even made me homemade crab mac and cheese for Valentine’s Day <3
