She brought amazing backdrops and things to really accent the pictures amazingly well and she soothed and rocked the baby like she was her own! Follow up 2023; Katy has been the ONLY photographer we use for the last decade. She is AMAZING and works so quickly and seemlessly with our family. Our kids love her almost as much as we do! I highly recommend Katheryn Moran Photography! She was easy to work with, adjusting the shooting date by 6 months due to the Christmas 2022 aviation melt down. At the photo shoot with 14 people involved, she did a great job of organizing these people into groups for all the various combinations of subjects, some of whom are young children and tire quickly. In addition, she came “loaded for bear” with two cameras with different lenses to speed up the shoot so that multiple shots of all the different combinations could be made with several different backdrops – all within an hour. Amazing! What else is amazing is the quality of the results – 125 “WOW” pictures. You can’t go wrong this this photo artist!

Truly amazing photographer! Very personable and easy to work with; especially for someone who does not like getting their photo taken. Very excited for upcoming photo sessions and what she has in store. Everyone that has seen our photos that she has taken absolutely loves them as do we.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Katheryn for our engagement, rehearsal dinner and wedding photos. Katheryn (& Charles) knew exactly how to wrangle our large and rowdy wedding party & families, so we got exactly the photos we wanted, and she made it fit in our short time allowance. Katheryn had our photos to us way faster then we ever expected. I can’t believe how amazing she made all of our photos look, I could instantly tell that she did her research to plan for our photos and figure out the exact spots that would have the best backdrops and lighting for our photos. She also made sure we had everything checked off of our ‘must have’ list multiple time throughout the wedding. Katy is *incredible* at her craft. I had her out to my studio for lifestyle shots and from the minute she crossed the threshold it felt like an afternoon with an ol’ friend rather than forced poses with “now I am smiling for a camera” mentality. She is efficient with the time and a real pro at staging the room. I had her stick around for some photography tips for my small business and that alone was better than most classes I’ve taken. Sneakpeaks came through that same night and the turn around for the gallery was super quick.

The images though…I can’t put into words how perfect they are. Katy has honed her skill for capturing vibrant colors, personality, and storytelling in each of the photos she takes.
