My studio space may see a lot of delicious food coming through the doors, but that doesn’t mean this space isn’t great for all kinds of other things, too. While it’s not big enough for people (not even tiny humans!), it works perfectly for all kinds of food and products. Today I want to share with you some of the other wonderful items I’ve had the privilege of photographing in the studio and the people and businesses that made it happen!

Fresh Space ReDesign: Home Decor Pieces!
This business based in Ferndale, WA offers everything from interior design to window coverings and awnings, but my very favorite part of this shop is the ever changing, wonderfully curated collection of home decor items. She always has the best collection of pillows (something I literally just can’t get enough of), blankets, candles, clocks, photo frames, dishes, trays and even one of a kind pieces of art. She gave me the chance to showcase some pieces in this fun studio session. I was completely smitten with the bird book pictured below!
2. Binyon Vision Center: Eyewear!
If you’ve been here for a little while, you’ve definitely seen me post about these sessions with Binyon Vision. They are always so different and SUPER FUN. Each shoot has been inspired by the colors, shapes and themes of eyewear and each time we try to find new ways of creating an engaging and memorable scene to show off the product. You can click here to see even more from our past sessions!
3. Cranberry Sky Heirloom Rentals: Vintage Glassware + Dishes!
Ohhhhh! These rainbow colored glasses, classic blue and white patterned dishes and vintage floral tabletop staples had me swooning. I am such a sucker for colors and this amazing collection spoke to my heart. It was a blast to showcase a few of her collections!
4. Goat Boat Farm: Jewelry!
Small items like these pretty pieces from Goat Boat Farm’s jewelry collection are perfect for the studio. I love flexing my macro photography muscles and really honing in on the texture and details that make jewelry special!
5. Big Island Organics: Lemonade!
Okay, okay. This is more of a food item than not, but the main thing I want to point out here is how I like to photograph reflective items! Working with products that come in reflective or shiny packaging can be tricky. My work is lifestyle in nature, so I don’t take all the reflections away, but try to limit them as much as I can and use them to actually enhance that lifestyle look!
6. The Herbcrafters Tarot: Card Deck!
This session was magical. This gorgeous deck is a great size for the studio and leaves lots of extra room for all the little extra details that this herb inspired deck required. An absolute delight to work with this team and one of the most beautiful decks I have ever seen. Click above to see their site and click here to see more photos from our session together!
7. Myriad Wellness CBD!
Another great example of a small item that works great in this space and shows off that lifestyle look on a reflective product. I loved working with this team to create time lifestyle type looks!
No matter what your small to medium sized product is, I would love to bring it to life in my studio! Click here to reach out now and get details on how to book!
