This November wedding at the Hotel Bellwether was such an honor to photograph after having worked with this family during so many other events and special moments in their lives. These two lovebirds traveled from out of town to have their wedding at this popular location on the water and one of my favorite venues to work thanks to the beautiful scenery.
Thankfully, the weather was absolutely perfect for a late fall wedding and we were strategic in planning our timeline to be sure we could take full advantage of the daylight hours we have during that time of year. This couple decided on a first look, which is always a great way to ensure that we get a majority of those portraits accomplished before the ceremony, and leaves the reception time for partying and being with the people you love! You can read more about first looks and timelines here! This meant we were able to couples, bridal party and family photos completed before the sunset ceremony.
The ceremony took place in the ballroom at the hotel which was beautifully decorated thanks to the floral and design vendors below. They had a seated meal followed my toasts, cake and some wonderfully fun dancing!
